All orders received before 1pm PST are usually shipped the same day provided the item(s) are in stock. Any items that cannot be shipped within three days are considered not in stock. We ship Monday through Friday, orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow for five to fifteen (5-15) business days to receive your order. If an order is needed sooner, please contact us to make agreements.
We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, a Street Address is required.
Rush orders (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day) will be placed on top priority.
Orders may be drop shipped out of several warehouses around the USA. We will drop ship out of the closest warehouse to insure low time in transit.
Orders will be shipped via UPS. Some drop shipments will be shipped via FedEx, USPS, or other carrier. Tracking numbers will be provided on most orders. Tracking numbers are not available on some drop shipments.
All orders receive email confirmation of shipment and are updated on the Order Status page.
We do ship internationally and can provide lower cost USPS at the customers discretion; however USPS is not tracked or insured. We do not take responsibility for any orders shipped USPS. International order shipping prices will be adjusted to actual shipping cost. Please refer to our international order policies.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return all undamaged and unopened items purchased at Save Outdoor Sports LLC. within 30 days of the original delivery. Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, a restocking fee of ten percent (10%) may be added. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit/refund you in the same manner as your original payment within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned item. Please contact us for the Return Material Authorization (RMA) info.

Defective items are not warranted by Save Outdoor Sports. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.
When returning product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as UPS or FedEX. Save Outdoor Sports does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.
Our website is open for ordering 24/7/365. Our phone hours are Monday through Saturday 9:00AM Mountain Standard Time through 6:00PM Mountain Standard Time.
A refund may not be issued on back ordered items. Refunds can only be issued on accepted returns with a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Refunds may be issued on products that are no longer being made and was sold/ordered. Unless there is a newer item from the same company, then customer agrees to purchase/accept that product.
Competitor Price Matching
Save Outdoor Sports will consider all price matching requests. If you find a lower price from an authorized dealer of any products we carry we will do our best to match it. Please submit your price matching requests via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include a link to the competing web site or the print ad out of a current magazine. After we verify the product and its price we will contact you. Please consider we will only match legitimate dealers advertised pricing on current products (this does not include closeout, blemished, auctions, ect). We reserve the right to match prices only at our discretion, please bear in mind we may not be able to match every price, but we will do our best.
Out of Stocks and Backorders
We try our best to have everything in our online catalog available 100% of the time; however we do run out of some items from time to time. If an item you order is out of stock, you will be notified within one business day of your order. Items are considered out of stock if they cannot ship within three days. It is your choice to either cancel the order before we fully process it and nothing will be charged to you, or you may choose to backorder the item.
To place a backorder simply email us at email@example.com. Backorders are charged 100% up front and shipped immediately upon receiving the item in stock. You may cancel the backorder at any time; however you will be charged a 20% backorder cancellation fee. We do not always have a reliable ETA on backorders. Understand that we are at the mercy of the manufacturer to actually get more products to us, and we always do our best to get the products to you in a timely manner.
We may have other equivalent products available that are not listed on the website due to continually changing product lines. You may call or email and we will always do our best to help find you what you need.
Ground shipping is guaranteed to be delivered within 14 days. It is normally less than five days, but can take up to 14 days. We reserve the right to use any shipping provider for these orders. Shipping price listed online is not applicable on some oversize items and international orders, in these cases actual shipping via the lowest cost carrier will be charged.
Low Order Fee
Some orders under 50.00 may be subject to an 8.00 handling fee. The handling fee will only be charged if the order is being drop shipped and the warehouse requires a drop shipment fee. It will be automatically added when your card is processed.
Once you submit your order to Save Outdoor Sports and it has been processed and shipped we can not change or cancel your order. Please make sure you want the item(s) before you submit the order. Any changes or cancellations after shipment will be subject to our return policy.

International orders are always welcome. All international orders must be confirmed through us first. You may place your order online or via email. Please allow a few extra days for us to process and confirm international orders.
We always try to work with our international customers on shipping rates because we understand the high cost of getting parts to you from the US. We ship USPS Global AIRMail. USPS is generally much cheaper but is not insured and takes a few extra days. All international orders are shipped on Fridays.
